Easy Order Process
Print a Copy of this Page & Complete the Following Information:
1. "Fast-Easy Ordering List"
Enter the Number of Products that you Want to Order next to each Fragrance Choice.
Enter the Total Number of Products Ordering at the bottom of each Product Category.
Enter the "Grand Total" Number of Products and Calculate the Subtotal of these Items.
2. "Slow-Easy Ordering List"
Enter the Name of the Product that you Want to Order (refer to exact name listed on web site).
Enter the Quantity - Number of Each Particular Product that you Want to Order.
Enter the Price (refer to prices listed on web site)
3. Calculate Final Cost
Enter the Subtotal of all Items that you are ordering.
Add the Flat Shipping Rate - $6.98 to get the Final Subtotal.
Add 5.5% tax for all orders within WI (no WI tax charged for out-of-state orders).
Enter the Total Payment Enclosed.
Include Your Check Payment (checks only - no credit cards can be processed manually).
Include Purchaser/Shipping Address.
Mail via Regular Postal Service to Soap-tress Scentsational Sundries.
